All Sales are Final. No Refunds will be Permitted at any time. The Customer is Responsible for their own due diligence,measurements, color choices, etc...However If your item is Defective or arrives on Delivery Damaged, the Customer is eligible for an Exchange. The Customer must Notify DY Furniture immediately but no later than 48 hours from Delivery or Pick up & the damage or defect must be notated on the Delivery Form signed by both the Delivery Service & Customer in order to be valid...DY Furniture will not be responsible for any damages to an item caused from the Customer or any outside provider, which includes but is not limited to improper set up of the items.
In the event that an item is Defective or Damaged upon Delivery or Pick up, DY Furniture will gladly Exchange for the same item if available or offer store credit only if the item is not available.
Exchanges may take upto 10 weeks depending on the item and manufacture. The manufacture will request photos of the defective merchandise and the customer is required to return the defective item to the store once scheduled with manufacture.
